My Sunday Photo 23/07/17

I always try and find the positives in being disabled. For me, there will always be some negative around it but finding a bit of fun in the middle of it all is something that keeps me going.

In some ways it saddens me that I don't have the ability to climb steps anymore; however, when I find little stairwells, like the one in the photo, surrounded by bright colours, trees and bushes it makes me wonder upon the mystery and magic of what's at the top! I'm sure it would be as amazing as it is inviting ;)

  1. Those steps do look very inviting and I can imagine that not being able to explore them further gives them more of a sense of mystery too. Such a beautiful photo :-)

  2. Often the view looking up is far better then the one looking down, I bet those maples will look amazing in Autumn #MySundayPhoto

  4. Sometimes the intrigue of what's at the top is more exciting!
The colours look so vibrant, the recent wet weather and the warm air has done wonders for all shrubs

  5. You could let your imagination run totally wild Martyn! Maybe Jack and the Beanstalk are at the top! Out of interest, is this another Hever Castle shot? It reminds me of one of the gardens there.

  11. Those steps do look like they are leading to somewhere interesting. It is such a shame there was no other route up.
