All competitions on Inside Martyn's Thoughts are covered by the following terms and conditions, unless otherwise stated in the individual competition post:
- Open to UK residents only
- Run via Rafflecopter, with the winner randomly selected via the Rafflecopter’s randomly selected winner option
- Competitions will be run for the full length of the time indicated on the specific competition Rafflecopter
- The randomly selected winner or winners will be notified within 48 hours via email of their win
- If the winner or winners do not respond within 28 days, then a new winner will be chosen again by random selection
- All reasonable efforts will be made to notify and contact winners
- The winner or winners’ names will be displayed on the Rafflecopter for the competition that they have won
- If a selected winner is found to have falsified their entry methods, then their entries will become invalid and therefore also will their winner status
- No responsibility will be help by myself for entries that are not received due to circumstances beyond my control such as technical issues
- By entering, you are accepting that the company providing the prize may contact you after the competition has ended
- Entry in to the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions
