Living Arrows #22

Sometimes I take hundreds of photos of the boys and other times I barely take any. I decided that this year would be one where I try to capture a consistent about and document them more. It made sense then that I join in with Donna's linky, Living Arrows.

"Living Arrows is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took it’s name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, “You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”

This week I've been a rubbish parent blogger as these 2 photos are literally the only 2 that I have taken of the boys. However, this is important for us as I took quite a few days off from having my phone in my hand and snapping away or interacting; which has been surprisingly refreshing.

William this week has continued his green fingers and continued to nurture all of the plants outside and his growing maturity on these tasks have been amazing.

He has shown so much maturity that on my down tech time it was nice just to see him relax, watch cartoons and play.

James is finding more motivation in Hone Ed which has been great to witness. He has taken more time to sit and examine independly the different books we have ready for these next few weeks.

We took a day out to visit the Medway Queen boat which is currently docked for refurbishment and it made a great start of the half term from a very relaxed week off.

How has your week been?

Great photos and I agree about not having your phone in your hand all the time. It has been great to see less of you on social media.
