Living Arrows #25

Sometimes I take hundreds of photos of the boys and other times I barely take any. I decided that this year would be one where I try to capture a consistent amount and document them more. It made sense then that I join in with Donna's linky, Living Arrows.

"Living Arrows is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took it’s name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, “You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”

Another really busy week here!

Home school has been in full swing too. This week the boys have really been into our space topic and we've been learning about the moon.

We started off by looking at the different stages of the moon and why it changes shape. William really flourished in understanding and learning about it. He has a really keen mind for how things happen.

We also stopped by the Armed forces day this week which meant a lot to us personally and locally. It was really interesting and the boys loved so many different parts from the vehicles to the skill sets.

Whilst William has been diving in and learning James has been rather quiet this week. There's been some change around to our routine where their mum is off training so we've had more time here. I'm not sure if his quietness is related to that or not but I have found that he has more pleasure in the lone and creative tasks like painting.

He has still been happy but much more inward than normal. Hopefully he'll perk up again for next week.

How has your week been?
