Living Arrows #9

Sometimes I take hundreds of photos of the boys and other times I barely take any. I decided that this year would be one where I try to capture a consistent about and document them more. It made sense then that I join in with Donna's linky, Living Arrows.

"Living Arrows is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took it’s name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, “You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”

Anyone else feel like it has been a really busy week? Pancake Day, start of Lent and World Book Day and just general life?

William has been cooking again this week which is always lovely to see as he is still really passionate and proud of all of his creations. This week, following from watching a Facebook video, he made us a lovely salt and pepper Chips!

James this week was keen on trying to take part with some of the more fun things like tossing his pancake! It was quite amusing actually because he flipped it quite high and ended up catching half of it over the frying pan for a lucky save!

We have also had a lot of rain here so we did get a moment out to go puddle jumping again but luckily this time they had their new boots on!

I hope everyone else has had a great week despite it being busy!

Yep busy week here as well. I'm starting to wonder if there will ever be a week that isn't busy though! Glad James managed to toss his pancakes, at least he doesn't take after his dad.

How lovely that William is so interested in cooking, I would love my children to enjoy it when they're a little older. And love that James got in on the action too with his pancake! x #LivingArrows

Very impressive that William is so into cooking, and that James likes to be involved too! Sounds like he did a better job flipping a pancake than I did last week anyway so good on him! #LivingArrows

Cooking is something I cannot wait to do properly with my boys. Well done to him for catching the pancake! It's not as easy as it looks! These are such brilliant ideas - thank you #LivingArrows xx
